1. Shipping Locations

We offer shipping services worldwide.

2. Processing and Handling Time

We are committed to processing and preparing your order for shipment as quickly as possible. Orders typically take :

  • 1 – 3 working days to deliver within UAE (Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah & Ras Al Khaimah )
  • 2 – 5 working days to deliver to other GCC (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman ) Subject to customs
  • 3 – 7 working days for other countries depending on location and custom policies.
  • 5 – 8 working days for remote areas within UAE.

Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, there may be additional processing time.

3. Shipping Methods

 We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping:  

  • 1 – 3 working days to deliver within UAE (Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah & Ras AlKhaimah)
  • 2 – 5 working days to deliver to other GCC (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman) Subject to customs
  • 3- 7 working days for other countries depending on location and custom policies.

Same-day Shipping:

  • Only available within Dubai at the moment. Provided the order has been placed before 10 am as per UAE standard time .

Shipping costs will vary based on the selected shipping method, order value, and destination. You can view the shipping fees during the checkout process.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

 Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your location. Please note that these are approximate delivery times, and actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment online.

6. Delivery Conditions

We will deliver your order to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.

 If you are not available to receive the package at the time of delivery, the courier service will make 3 attempts to deliver the package to you. If you still fail to receive the package it will be sent back to their facility.

7. Shipping Fees

 Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order value, selected shipping method, and delivery location. You can view the shipping fees during the checkout process before completing your order.

8. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may cause shipping delays. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, customs clearance delays, and public holidays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
