1. Returns and Exchanges

 At NEEV Desi we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. Our return and exchange policy are designed to provide you with a hassle-free experience.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any odours, stains, or damage.
  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.

3. Process for Returns and Exchanges

 To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Package the item securely, including a copy of the original invoice and the RMA number.
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

4. Return and Exchange Options

We take utmost care to quality check the purchased items before shipping. After the returned items are inspected and the conditions for replacement are met.

You have the following options for returns and exchanges:

  • Exchange for a different size of the same item (subject to availability).
  • Exchange for a different colour of the same item (subject to availability).
  • Exchange for a different item of equal or lesser value (if available).
  • Store credit for the value of the returned item to be used for a future purchase.
  • We have a NO REFUND Policy

5. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance.

6. Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including the return shipping of the original item and the shipping of the new item.

7. Delivery of Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at customercare@neevdesi.com or +971581148324 with images attached. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange, and we will cover all associated shipping costs.

8. Store Credit Issuance

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, if the replacement conditions are met, we will issue store credit in the amount of the original purchase price after deduction of shipping charges. This store credit will be valid for 9 months from the date of issuance.

The store credit will be processed in 3 working days after the items have been inspected and replacement conditions met.

9. Using Store Credit

Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website. During checkout, you will have the option to apply your store credit to the total purchase amount.

10. Exclusions

Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person.
